What do you have to do?

Step 1: Snap!

Take (at least) five photo’s of your bag (front, back, side, bottom and any relevant brand marks and serial numbers)

We will use these photos to check the eligibility of the item. These photos will not be used on the website. After we receive the item, we will take professional photos.

Step 2: Write!

Write a short description that includes:

• Brand, model, material, colour
• Measurements
• Date of purchase (if known)
• Condition (excellent, very good, good, fair condition)
• Vintage or not

We will provide an more extensive description after we receive the bag

Step 3: Money!

Tell us the price you like to sell the item for. Your desired price should be based on original price, the condition, the age and the popularity of the item. If you don’t know what price to ask for your item, we are happy to help.

Step 4: You!

Provide us with your personal details: Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. No need to give us your bank details at this stage. We will only ask for your bank account number after your item was approved to be sold on the Joanna V. platform. When the item is sold, we will pay you within 7 days. We will never make any personal information public. 

Step 5: Send!
